Our Rosy Earth

Our Rosy Earth

By midnight breeze, the trees would swoon
When Earth’s shadow conceals the moon
Giving to her a scarlet blush
When then comes still; a sudden hush
Two owls coo their crimson courtship
Beneath their flirts, we touch, worship
Entwined within burgundy light
Our celestial glowing flight
I hold you close and kiss goodnight
I hold you close and kiss goodnight
