Magneto’s Plea

Magneto’s Plea

My brothers and sisters, do not allow
Yourselves to be shackled
By their so-called society
Together we will usher in tomorrow
Not among the shadows
Not on the outer margins where
What they laughably call compassion keeps us
Content to quibble over their table scraps
Not inside their homes, agencies, institutions,
Or pitiful paradigms as neutered, defanged
Mindless beasts of burden
Will we allow them to determine our destiny
Or are we destiny personified?
No, my fellow genetic champions
Ours is a tomorrow where we shall rule
Just as surely as I have dominion over all
Metallic bonds, our bond is stronger!
They will fear you, but only because
Their knowledge of history and evolution
Grants them a certain clairvoyance
They look westward and see the sun
Setting on Homo-Sapiens, and rising
With us, Homo-Superior!
We are Gods among insects
Rise up! With me!
